Planning an event can be so stressful. I am here to make your photography experience as seamless as possible. Below are questions I get asked often. If you don't see the answer to your question, shoot me an email and I'd be happy to go over all of your questions with you!

frequently asked questions

can i customize my package?

how many pictures will i receive?

how long does it take for me to receive my pictures?

how do i book you?

you're located in westchester, ny, but do you travel?

I am so excited you are considering me for your event! Whether it is big or small, a wedding, bar/bat mitzvah, sweet 16, or specialty event, I would love to be a part of it and capture your special day. You can head over to the contact page and send me an email with all of the information about your event, and we'll go from there!

Absolutely! No two events are the same, so all of my packages are custom curated for you and your event. I am able to accommodate multiple photographers, travel, a range of hours, multiple locations - seriously, whatever you need!

As I mentioned, each event is different, so this will vary based on how many locations there are, the number of people attending your event, and how many "activities/events" happen during the day (special dances, speeches, etc). On average, you will receive 75 pictures per hour. If you have more than one photographer at your event, that number will increase! You receive all of the pictures taken minus any with imperfections (i.e. blurry, duplicates, someone blinking, etc.)

You will receive sneak peaks within 3 days of your event! After that, expect to receive your full gallery between 4-6 weeks after the date of your event. You will receive all of the images via a USB & online digital gallery where they can be viewed and downloaded.

YES, YES, YES!! I absolutely love to travel for events. Where are we going?! Some locations such as areas around Naples, FL and Boston, MA will have low travel fees.

How far in advance should i book you?

I have had bookings as recent as two weeks before the event, or as far as almost 2 years in advance. Reach out and let's see if your event date is available!

should i do getting ready pictures?

why should i have a second photographer at my wedding?

wedding specific questions

i keep hearing about a first look. why should i consider it?

i dont even know where to start. what is your most common package?

Don't worry, I'm here to help!! My most popular package includes an 8 hour wedding day with two photographers (me and a second shooter), sneak peak of your day within 2 days of your wedding, online digital gallery for viewing and downloading, USB, and printing rights. Many times, couples will add on an album to this package either at the initial booking or after their wedding.

A second photographer is so important, especially if you are doing getting ready pictures (see below why I 1000% believe you should do these!). I am always with the bride while they get ready, and my second photographer is with the groom, capturing the guys putting on their ties, doing a cheers, and having fun before sending him off to get hitched! My second photographer is also there to capture additional angles of the ceremony and reception. Before the reception, the second photographer can be at cocktail hour, while we do family formals and bridal portraits.

Yes! Don't even think twice! Getting ready pictures not only complete pictures to a full gallery, but can show so many intimate details and the fun moments with your bridal party and family before you say "I do." It is a time for you to pop a bottle of champagne with your girls, or cheers over a bottle of Jack with your guys. Getting ready pictures also capture the little details of your wedding that your guests may not see or know the meaning behind - you wearing your grandmother's bracelet, or a piece of your mother's wedding dress being incorporated into yours, fun socks that you and your groomsmen are all wearing, or that purple bow tie you picked out because you have a Purple Heart. These detail pictures are SO special and time should be dedicated to photographing these.

There are several reasons I suggest doing a first look. One- It helps to take the stress and nerves away before walking down the aisle. Two- There is this expectation put on the groom that he is supposed to have this big reaction when he sees his bride walking down the aisle, and he's going to cry and it will be very special. To be completely honest, that rarely happens. I have seen grooms give a much more genuine reaction during a first look, because they don't have 100 people in front of them waiting to see if they're going to cry or not. They get the chance to really look at you and your dress, and it becomes a more special and intimate moment. Three- After the first look we are able to do some portraits of the two of you together, and then if we have time, we do as many family portraits as possible with immediate family. With as many formal pictures done as we can after the first look, it gives you time to go to cocktail hour!
