Lesley and Kevin’s rehearsal dinner was held at the Coveleigh Club, located at 459 Stuyvesant Ave, Rye, NY 10580. They had the whole place beautifully decorated with a blue-and-white color scheme. It matched perfectly with the beachy and waterfront aesthetic of the venue. The evening started with just immediate family and the bridal party. They had a sit-down dinner in the dining room and during dinner, a few speeches were given by parents and members of the bridal party. I like the idea of doing the speeches at the rehearsal dinner because it’s a more intimate setting and it’s easier to see everyone and make more connections.
After dinner, I was able to sneak away with the bride and groom and get a few portraits on the pier! As we were walking there, the members hanging out around the bar cheered and congratulated them which I thought was so sweet. The Coveleigh Club is such a fun and welcoming club! Later on, about 50 additional people joined cocktail hour on the lawn. Cocktail hour was held as the sun started going down, the view overlooked the pool, beach, and pier! There was a perfect sunset to kick off their wedding weekend. It was truly so so beautiful!
