Harbor Point Stamford Connecticut Engagement | Katherine & Maximilian

Most of the time, the first time I meet couples is at their engagement session, but the story with Katherine and Maximilian is a little different. Katherine was actually the Maid of Honor at a wedding I photographed this past August. We were able to spend some time together during the couples rehearsal dinner and also at the wedding. I found out that she had just gotten engaged and was starting the wedding planning process. Later on she reached out about her own wedding!

We did their engagement session at Harbor Point in Stamford Connecticut. It was in the beginning of November and turned out to be the first day it started to get a little chilly, which worked in our benefit. The boardwalk at Harbor Point was empty! Although it was cold, the sun was strong which kept us warm!
For the second half of the engagement session, they did an outfit change and added their fur baby, Moose, into the pictures! Moose was happy to take pictures, as long as we played ball with him in between poses! I had a blast with them and can’t wait to photograph their wedding in October 2023 at the American Yacht Club located in Rye New York!

KIND WORDS

“Y’all! Siobhan is amazing! We’re so grateful we found her via Instagram. She has a way of making you feel so comfortable that instantly puts you at ease. She has an amazing knack for detail and is so stealthy taking pictures that allow her to get amazing candid shots of everyone enjoying themselves. Thank you so much Siobhan for taking our engagement, legal marriage and NY receptions days! You’re the best!!”
