Jessica and Dan’s Bourne Mansion Winter Wedding

Jessica and Dan’s Bourne Mansion winter wedding was incredible, to say the least. They met through mutual friends over 9 years ago! And they said “I do” on March 4, 2023 at the Bourne Mansion. The vision and style they had was simple, but elegant. They had a black tie wedding including black and White as the color scheme. The bride and bridesmaids had fur shawl’s which gave a nod toward the Bourne Mansions Old Hollywood Glam aesthetic, while being functional and pratical in keeping the ladies warm during this March wedding!

Jessica had a first look with both of her parents followed by a first look with her groom! We did their first look in the recently renovated bar area, which feature a marble black and white floor. This was one of their most anticipated moments of the day. This is a perfect location for a first look at the Bourne Mansion because it is indoors, yet light floods the room, and the bride can walk through the double doors creating a grand moment. The portraits were followed by a beautiful indoor ceremony.

Towards the end of the night, the DJ gave everyone glow sticks – check out the fun atmosphere this created below! We also stepped outside for a few minutes with the couple and bridal party for sparkler pictures, followed by night portraits in the bar. Their wedding was everything from stunningly beautiful and high end, to fun and exciting with their large bridal party and packed dance floor. Kind Words

“There are truly no words for how grateful and thankful I am that I found Siobhan to photograph our wedding!! I was already so impressed with her leading up to our big day, but on our wedding day I was absolutely blown away!! She is the sweetest person, which makes being around her the best time. Her style is a mixture of poses with natural and candid shots; which we personally loved (spread and bump iykyk!)! She knows how to handle every situation with grace – our bridal party got a little distracted during some of the group shots and she got everyone back on track in no time. She runs the show in the most beautiful way, it’s hard to truly describe without witnessing.
Every time she shoots a block of photo’s she will stop and scroll through them with you, which I think is great! I have been in many weddings and I have never seen another photographer do this. You want to see how your pictures are coming out on one of the most important days of your life. I think it’s also notable to mention, prior to our wedding she sent us a questionnaire to complete and asked for any inspiration we had. I had shared my inspiration album with her and she made sure she got every single photo in that album! Run don’t walk and go book Siobhan for your wedding!! You will absolutely not be disappointed. It was an honor to spend the best day of my life with her. She captured it beautifully and I CANNOT get over my sneak peaks she sent me less than 24 hours after! Truly an amazing human and the most talented photographer!! She deserves way more than 5 stars. We love you, Siobhan, and by the end of our wedding so did all of our guests too!”
