Cailin and Joe’s wedding at the Hollow Brook Golf Club located at 1060 Oregon Rd E, Cortlandt, NY 10567, was full of romantic winter vibes. Their color scheme was black and white, and I LOVED their details. I always start the wedding day by capturing the invitation suite along with any other details the couple has including rings, jewelry, and florals.
After their first look, we went out on the golf course, where there is a long bridge. A beautiful landscape for wedding photos no matter what time of the year! On Cailin and Joe’s wedding day it was about 40 degrees with a creamy glowing sun the whole day, which kept us warm, and definitely made for romantic winter photos! The Groom is a golf pro so getting pictures on the golf course was a must! The bride is an event planner, and one of my most organized brides, so I knew everything would be perfect.
The reception room definitely emulated the romantic winter wedding vibe that the couple was going for with timeless white flowers and an abundance of candles. During the reception, Cailin’s dad gave a speech that didn’t leave a dry eye in the house. It was followed by two other speeches which were equally as heartfelt and lightened the mood with some jokes.
